I read something this week that seemed a little too technical for me but it rang so true that I wanted to explore it a little bit and as I did that I realized why it had an impact on me

The goal isn’t perfection, it’s excellence on our terms, and what it means for us personally to be wildly successful.  It’s not going to look like someone else’s.
